Bond Refund Request

This form is for members who would like to either request a bond refund by inactivating their membership. You can submit a refund request at any time during the year. Once received, your membership will be marked as inactive. At the end of the year, refunds are processed based on the order in which they are received and will not exceed the total initiation fees collected that year from new members. Refund checks are sent in January of each year after we confirm all details.

As Orchard Hill celebrates 60 years of family-friendly summer fun and community building, we are also raising funds to help maintain our facilities and improve our grounds—so we can continue serving families for the next 60 years. In lieu of a full refund, we invite you to consider returning all or a portion of your bond as a donation in support of our 60th anniversary.
