Bond Donation Form

By checking the below box and submitting this form, I voluntarily and irrevocably donate the full value of my Orchard Hill Swim Club Membership Bond to Orchard Hill Swim Club.

I understand and acknowledge that:

- This donation is permanent and cannot be revoked, rescinded, or reversed after this form is submitted.

- Upon donation, neither I nor any future member associated with my bond may request repayment, redemption, or reimbursement of the bond value at any time.

- Donating my bond does not terminate, cancel, or otherwise affect my membership in Orchard Hill Swim Club.

- Donating my bond does not forfeit any membership privileges, voting rights, or other rights associated with bond ownership, except for the right to receive repayment of the bond value upon termination of membership.

- Following this donation, Orchard Hill Swim Club may utilize the donated funds for the benefit of the Club and is no longer required to retain or reserve those funds for future bond repayment.
